Choose Instructions to Change Your Email Address Based on Your Account Important: Remember, until you have Two-Step Verification enabled via text, you’ll receive emails to confirm that you’re the account holder. In the Account Security section below your phone number you can select Two-Step Verification to get your verification codes by text message. If your Phone Number does not appear, you can tap on the Phone Number field and add or update your phone number. When you’re in Account Settings your phone number will appear below your email address. Tap on the three lines on the top left side of the screen. Open the Ring app on your mobile device. To check if your phone number is in your Ring account: If you do not have your phone number entered into your account, you’ll receive an email as a part of Two-Step Verification. If you have your phone number entered into your Ring account and you already have Two-Step Verification enabled via text, you’ll get a text messages to confirm your identity.
